In order to help us process your decoder in a timely manner, please fill out our identification form, print out a copy and include it in your shipment.
Package Preparation :

Place your decoder in a box (if you are sending it via Canada Post). Please ensure it is properly wrapped to avoid any damages. |

Insert your filled-out identification form. |

Make sure to send us the decoder only. Please do not send any accessories such as remotes, cables, etc.
